CB Traveineers, LLC – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your relationship with CB Traveineers, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) as a client (“you,” “your,” “traveler”). By engaging our services, making payments, submitting authorizations, or requesting travel arrangements, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorization to Book Travel Services

You authorize us to make travel arrangements on your behalf with third-party vendors (“Suppliers”), such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and more. All bookings are subject to each Supplier’s terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make bookings. You agree to provide accurate traveler details and are financially responsible for services booked on your behalf.

For travelers under the age of 18, the booking party affirms they are the legal guardian or have obtained authorization to act on behalf of the minor(s).

3. Payment Authorization

Each vacation requires a signed Payment Authorization Form covering all associated bookings under that itinerary. Verbal authorizations are not accepted. New vacations require new authorizations.

Disputes must be brought to us first. Filing unjustified chargebacks may result in you being responsible for legal and administrative costs. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are governed by each Supplier. Some bookings are non-refundable or carry penalties. We’ll assist with cancellations, but final decisions rest with the Supplier.

5. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and matching travel documents. Entry requirements vary. We are not liable for issues related to documentation.

6. Health & Travel Advisories

You must comply with destination-specific health requirements. We do not provide medical advice. Refer to CDC, TSA, and State Department resources for guidance.

7. Airline Terms

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, baggage issues, or seat changes. Airline policies apply. Refer to TSA for prohibited items.

8. Planning Fees

Most services are commission-based. Non-commissionable or complex bookings may require a disclosed, non-refundable planning fee. Credits may be considered at our discretion if your trip is canceled due to Supplier failure.

9. Limitation of Liability

We act solely as an intermediary. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our maximum liability is the greater of:
(a) the total planning fees and commissions earned for the affected booking, or
(b) $500 USD.

This does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., weather, pandemics). However, we will help facilitate rebookings or refund requests in accordance with Supplier policies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

11. Client Conduct

You are responsible for your behavior while traveling. Misconduct may lead to removal from services without refund. You agree to cover damages or legal claims resulting from your actions.

12. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance. While we may refer providers, we do not sell insurance. If you decline coverage, you accept full financial risk and may be asked to sign a waiver.

13. Corrections

We may correct typographical, pricing, or availability errors prior to booking confirmation. If a material error is found post-payment but before confirmation, you’ll have the option to approve the correction or receive a full refund of planning fees.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be available upon request or on our website.

15. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains in full effect.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where CB Traveineers, LLC is based. Any legal disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the state or county in which CB Traveineers, LLC is located, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded.

18. Electronic Consent

You agree that digital signatures, check-box acknowledgments, and other electronic affirmations are legally binding and constitute your acceptance of this Agreement.

19. Communication Disclaimer

CB Traveineers, LLC is not liable for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact details or email deliverability issues such as spam filters.

20. Client Acknowledgment

By working with CB Traveineers, LLC, providing payment, or requesting travel services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
